I just could not resist buying rhubard last WE, will try this on Bank Holiday WE!


Sounds very good, but how do I make sweet shortcrust pastry??

sweet shortcrust pastry is readily available in UK supermarkets - but for those of you who don't have the luxury of this convenience, I have added a recipe to make your own!


Johanna - I am still looking for local rhubarb here in Edinburgh, but nowhere to be seen;( After seeing all those recipes in foodblogosphere (incl yours, obviously) I'm craving big time.. Oh well, imported rhubarb it is then..
