Mmm, Rhubarb... I just love it. And I love the idea of using it in a cheesecake! Unfortunately I havn't seen any rhubarb in the stores yet.


I adore rhubard, it reminds me of my childhood and my grandmother making rhubard crumble.

Your cheesecake looks amazing!
