I've made hazelnut-encrusted chicken rouladen before but not with pear! This looks really delicious.

This is probably one of the most mouth watering dishes I have seen in a long time. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be cooking this up on the weekend to be followed by my fresh Apple pie :)
