Thanks for this very interesting restaurant review. It's such a good idea to talk about price and quality. I've often heard my sister in law (who lives in London) saying the same thing about restaurants in London.

This is interesting, my favourite chef and biggest influence is Gordon Ramsay and just like you I am afraid I would be disappointed with him if I happen to be lucky enough to dine at one of his restaurants one day. But your posting here helped a lot in easing my mind!

I see you love Kellers Bouchon cookbook. I love it as well. The restaurant in Yountville...not so much. (Not speaking of French Laundry).
